Why should I hire YOU to be my photographer?

As a client you are putting your trust in me to capture those pure and raw moments in your life. I know that I have an important job and I approach it with my whole being. My goal each and every time I pick up my camera is to ensure that no moment goes unnoticed, lost or forgotten. I will do everything in my power to make the session an easy, relaxed and memorable time. You can count on me to deliver exactly what you are envisioning.

How do I decide on location for my photoshoot?

I currently am a full time nanny and only do my photography on the weekends, so I do not yet have a studio to work out of. Here’s to one day! All my photoshoots I do on location, wherever you choose, as long as it fits the image you are going for. After 30 miles, I do charge a $15 fee. When deciding on a location, I have a list of options that are perfect for various types of photography. I will gladly send you the list if you need any help deciding, but I am always open to your ideas!

How long will it take to get my edited photos?

Short answer is Quick! I have this small problem where I love to edit all the photographs I take during a session and I’m so eager to see the final results of my work. I usually start the editing process the day of the shoot, but it also depends on the number of sessions I book that weekend. I can get you your fully retouched, digital images to you within 3-5 days.

How are the images delivered to me?

The images are uploaded onto a website called Pic-Time. You will be given a link to your private gallery via an email message that I send once the fully edited photos have been successfully uploaded. From the website you will be able to download high resolution images directly to your computer or phone. The gallery will remain available to you for one month after it has been posted.

What forms of payment do you take?

I accept payment in the form of Cash, Venmo and Zelle.

What is your booking policy?

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit that is required at the time of booking of every photo session and will go towards your final total. This deposit will hold your spot on my calendar. The final payment is required on the day of the photoshoot. If you are unable to show up to your session for any reason, you CAN reschedule your session for another available day. If you do NOT book another session, at the time of your cancellation, the 50% non-refundable will be voided towards future shoots.

Boudoir Shoots only

Where do I get my photoshoot taken?

My home, is your escape! I currently do all my boudoir shoots from my home. I have a two story house that I use from top to bottom. No matter what type of shot you want, I can get it done in my home. I also can do your boudoir shoot in the comfort of your own home or on another location of your choosing (within reason of course).

How can I prepare for the shoot?

Great question! I will send you TWO checklists. The first checklists will be sent to you once you book your boudoir shoot with me and then second checklist will be sent six days before your booking.

The first checklist will be a list of outfits options and recommendations. I also have posted this list in the question right below this one, on this FAQ page. The second checklist will have three different sections on it: what to do five days before the shoot, the day before your shoot and the day of your shoot. This will ensure you feel confident and sexy throughout the whole process! I want this experience to be one you are ready for.

What should I wear to my shoot?

First off, start by shopping in your own closet! It’s amazing what outfits have been hidden or forgotten amongst the endless amount of clothing we have. Look for outfits that make you feel sexy, confident and alive! If you can’t find anything or you simply just want to treat yourself then go for it! Start looking online and in store. Make sure to try the outfits on way ahead of the shoot in case you have to make any returns/exchanges. You don’t want outfits that are too loose, too tight or don’t make you feel beautiful!

You can wear anything!

Seductive lingerie: teddy, bodysuits, matching bra and panties (think cheeky/not so much thong)

Sentimental clothing: wedding veil, significant other’s clothing, jersey, wedding ring, favorite cardigan, baseball cap, jewelry

Comfortable clothing: oversized sweaters, sleep shirts, matching pajama set, lounge wear

Dress up: sexy dress (tight or loose, long or short), jeans, high waisted skirt, short shorts

Footwear: barefoot, black heels, colorful/nude heels, boots, stockings (lace/fishnet/knee high)

Do you provide hair and makeup?

No, at this time I do not supply makeup or hair styling services. I recommend you find someone that you feel confident in or simply do it yourself! Who knows what look you’re going for more than you? Either way, I know you’ll be stunning!

Can I bring someone to hype me up?

YES, Of course! If you would feel more comfortable or simply would like that extra support during your photoshoot, you are definitely welcome to bring someone along. Please, no children at your boudoir shoot. This is an experience for YOU and no one else (except if you are bringing your significant other). I want you to be the one fully focused on and don’t want you worried about your little one/ones downstairs. Remember this is your chance to get away from reality, step into the spot light and be admired for all the beauty you hold.
